1. Which size should I choose?
Bathrobes: Adults XS/S–XXXL | Children 86–92 up to 158–164
Bath ponchos: XS–S, M–L, XL–XXL
Fit is generous and unisex.
Between sizes? Larger = looser fit, smaller = closer fit.

2. Will the fabric stretch or shrink?
Waffle fabric: does not stretch; may shrink ~6%. Reshape after washing.
Ramie fabric: shrinks up to 2%. Use gentle spin and reshape carefully.
3. Is the bathrobe stiff? Does it absorb moisture? Dry quickly?
Waffle fabric: soft, breathable, highly absorbent, dries quickly
Ramie fabric: thinner, very soft, absorbs moisture, breathable, quick-drying
4. Exchanges, returns & complaints
Finland:
One free size exchange per product.
Other exchanges/returns (except complaints) at customer’s expense.
Contact saara@keltainendesign.fi before returning.
Items must be unused with original tags.
Europe:
Size exchanges at customer’s expense.
Complaints: Keltainen Design covers shipping costs.

5. Sustainability & durability
Fabrics: 100% cotton waffle and ramie, Öko-Tex 100 certified.
Zero-waste cutting: adult leftovers used for children’s sizes; towels, ponchos, and throws cut with no waste.
Minimal packaging: recycled plastic shipping bags, recyclable; made in Finland.
Vegan leather labels from Tuotenauha Oy, Finland.
Returned items are checked and resold; second-quality items sold at a discount.
6. How are the products made?
Seams sewn with industrial overlock and sewing machines; topstitching industrial machine.
Side seams sewn with both overlock and sewing machine.
Durable for long-term use.
Hanging loops sewn carefully: inside seam for towels, hood-back seam for bathrobes and ponchos.
7. Estimated delivery times
Finland: 5–10 business days
Europe: from 14 business days
All products are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Muhos, Finland. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
