1. General Information
Keltainen Design (Business ID 2950614-4) sells products through its online store.
Products can be ordered with or without registering. Registering or subscribing to the newsletter does not create any obligations.
All prices include 25.5% VAT.

2. Payment Service Provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Payment methods available for European consumers:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on your bank or card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant.

3. Delivery Method and Costs
You can select your preferred delivery method when ordering.
Products can also be picked up at: Valtatie 23, 91500 Muhos, Finland
For store pickup, select Store Pickup as the delivery method.
Shipping costs:
Finland: €6.90
Europe: €15
For orders outside Europe, contact us before ordering at saara(at)keltainendesign.fi.
Delivery times:
Fabrics, yarns, sewing accessories: 2–5 business days
Keltainen Design products (bathrobes, blankets, ponchos): 5–10 business days
If you need a product by a specific date (e.g., as a gift), mention it in the order notes or contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
4. Right of Withdrawal (EU / 14 days)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to EU regulations.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the product is received. This right does not apply to:
fabrics cut to measure
products sold by the meter
Returned products must be:
unused
in original condition
in original packaging where possible
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Exchanges
Finland
Bathrobe sizes can be exchanged free of charge within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and the original tags attached.
Exchanges or returns for reasons other than incorrect size are the responsibility of the customer.
During the Christmas season, products purchased as gifts may be exchanged until December 31.

6. Complaints
Keltainen Design covers return or exchange costs for defective or damaged products.
